In order to provide you with good service, after the stainless steel integral cabinet is installed, we need to sign for acceptance of the cabinet. Before accepting the integral cabinet, we need to pay attention to the following points
Ensure that the stainless steel integral cabinet countertop must be level, and the door panels must be installed They should correspond to each other, the height should be consistent, the width of all center seams should be consistent, and the handles should be on the same horizontal line. It is recommended to use a level to measure it yourself. Generally, problems with the countertop in the later stage are related to the flatness.
Seams. The countertop should be smooth and shiny with no obvious scratches. One of the advantages of artificial stone is seamless splicing, so we need to pay attention to various gaps and see if there are any gaps where the seamless joint was originally designated. If you can clearly see the glue line, the joints must not have been done well. When splicing is required, the joints should be wiped clean with alcohol or thinner water to prevent too much dust at the joints, which will affect the bonding effect and cause the joints to crack.
Color difference. There should be no color difference on the installed stainless steel integrated cabinet countertops.
Ensure product materials and accessories are genuine. Whether the materials used are consistent with the original contract, and whether the various cabinet panels, cabinet cores, hardware accessories, countertops, etc. use products of the brands specified in the original contract. The materials used are different, and the quality is often very different.
The opening should be smooth. The four corners should have a certain arc (the diameter is not less than a rounded corner) and should be smoothed with sandpaper. They should not have a zigzag shape, let alone a simple right angle. This is to avoid stress points at the opening. The countertop cracks when the force is unevenly applied. At the same time, it should also be noted that if it is a sink hole or a gas stove hole, the four rounded corners should be reinforced with arc-shaped plate blocks along the edge of the stove hole to avoid deformation or cracking of the countertop when the pressure is too high. Use insulation cotton on the edge of the stove mouth. And wrap it with aluminum foil for heat insulation to prevent the stove from being too hot when cooking, causing local heating and expansion of the countertop and causing the stove hole to crack.
Control of expansion joints. If the cabinet countertop is long, especially the top walls on both sides, expansion joints are essential. Otherwise, thermal expansion and contraction will still be very destructive. Expansion joints should be left at the end of the table against the wall. If the table exceeds 1 meter, the expansion joint should not be smaller than 1 meter.
Additional installation details. For example, whether the doors and cabinets open and close smoothly (it is recommended to open the drawer to the left and right, and it can close automatically, indicating a stronger load-bearing capacity), whether the door panel is flat, whether the edge of the basin is leaking, whether the noise of the hood is normal, and whether the door buckle and water pipe are used properly. Convenience, whether it is firm, whether the water supply and drainage connections are smooth, whether the installation of various stoves and electrical appliances is reasonable, whether it is convenient to use, etc.
When accepting the stainless steel integrated cabinet, you must carefully look at every detail. If you have any questions, be sure to report them clearly to the installer on site and complete them thoroughly. You can only sign the relevant form after ensuring that you are qualified.
